He has led efforts in networking systems, COTS and custom software, financial management, media rights, travel management, communication systems, dining, health insurance, document management, facility systems, portfolio and project management, etc.
An IT professional that has 30 years of experience in information technology and 7 years project management experience. Mr. Schaffer attained a Master’s certificate in Project Management while he developed, implemented and upgraded databases, applications and infrastructure. He is experienced in development tools and methodologies and focused on business value. He has also preformed business analyst functions and has worked on multi-site projects all over the world – North America, Australia and Europe.
